We received the inspection report this week for the house. As expected, there were some problems with the house. Some of these items will require immediate repairs which we will undertake in the next few weeks, others are going to be under the main house renovation.
The full inspection report has been submitted to the House Corporation Board and will be discussed at our December 11th meeting. Our next step is to engage an A&E firm to prepare a review and design proposals for the renovation of the house, as well as firming up the budget.
